Diagnosed my issue over the phone, let me post my keys to him, bought the part before even seeing the car. Was in Euro car parts trying to orse something to unblock my washe jets, and one of your team was ordering parts. When he heard what I was in for he said to show him and he spent a few moments fixing it for me whilst waiting for parts. Educated my subborn partner not to de ice with washers and all sorted will defo be using in the future. Happy Monday!
