Simply great garage. Have used these guys a couple of times now and each time the service has been great with them picking my car up for me and delivering it back to me free of charge. I wouldn't have been able to get my car to the garage otherwise! The work was completed quicker than I expected and at a lower cost than I was quoted everywhere else. Finally found a genuine garage that I trust and my car is running brilliantly now! Thanks Guys!

Excellent! I booked my car in for a major service, an air con refill and a couple of extra bits after MP Automotive gave a good price and helpful advice. Phil came and collected the car from my home on the agreed day at the agreed time, kept me updated all day with the work being done, and returned the car a few hours later. He gave me a full checklist of everything he did, with a list of advisories. He didn't do any work I hadn't asked for so no hidden costs, and now I have ice cold air con. Overall a very friendly, efficient and reliable service. Will be using MP Automotive again in the future.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE - I phoned MP Automotive and got a very good price to change the cambelt and water pump. He was able to do it next day so I dropped it off at 10.00 am as requested and he rang me to say it was all done and ready at 12.00.

I was amazed at the service. Normally garages want your car first thing and keep it all day. Then you have to ring them to find out it's ready. I have often thought garages operate for their convenience and not the customers. I was even charged exactly what he had quoted me for.

If you want an honest job doing on your car at a sensible price and want to be treated as a customer rather than as a job you should definitely go to MP Automotive at Ilkeston.

Service was excellent came and collected my AMG merc from my home completed all the work within a morning and dropped the car back off to me the price of the work was a lot less than other garages had quoted and over £400 less than a merc dealership. This will be the only garage I use from now on

What a place, what a mechanic !! If carslberg did mechanics … had timing chain, clutch and fly wheel replaced. Full diagnostics too to determine further ongoing faults with the car. Communication at its best from Phil great explanation of what and why he was doing repairs and with video footage as evidence which was not requested. This company literally goes the extra mile and above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Would highly recommend to friends and family. No job is too big or too small for this company. This mechanic is worth his weight in gold as a professional and all round decent guy. See you in 5k miles Phil. Thank you again
