5 stars: to the engineer who came to replace windscreen, polite, friendly and got the job done professionally.

1 star: tried to change date of appointment online but no luck. Tried to phone to change date of appointment, spent 2 hours in queue that went from 9th in queue down to 4th in queue, had to hang up due to work.

Booked a windscreen replacement on their website. Was contacted in the following days to be told the appointment was no longer available. The next appointment was about 6 weeks away; I waited regardless. Then 4 days before the rescheduled appointment, I was told it was being cancelled again!

Will be using another company.

FANTASTIC SERVICE Martin was the man who did my windscreen he was polite helpful and answered my questions
I think this service is great would recommend them to friends and family deserves 5 stars if 10 stars even bettet

The guy Martin I think his name was done my punto this morning excellent and quick well done to this company had to get glass overnight and still done it within half hour tops exc6will yous again.

Where do I start, I had my appointment rescheduled to begin with so had to move my mot, fine I’ll live. Technical turns up on the new date with the wrong windscreen and doesn’t seem to care, was rude and saw no problem in what he had done. I then get told they can’t fit me in for another week so yet again having to move my mot. But the staff in the office, another level of rude, never have I been spoken to by a company the way I was by these people. No sorry for the mistake or trying to fit it in earlier, I was basically told deal with it or go away, no respect for their customers and will likely be changing insurance companies if they continue using companies like this. I understand everyone makes mistakes but a good company would show some respect and try and make it right, unfortunately this is definitely not a good company. Would give 0 starts if I could.

Fitter excellent, very good communication from him and very pleasant to deal with. National call centre and web chat and email response horrendous, nationwide need to improve this side of their offering as it does a diservice to their excellent fitting staff.

Chris,the fitter from King's Lynn branch arrived promptly at 950 am.He was very polite,courteous, and did a first class job.Great service!
