Sadly my car was towed in by the RAC. However, AVS were quick to help out, diagnose the fault and effect the repair.
They even spoke with the warranty company (who for some strange reason said that I needed to submit the claim - no real drama and they paid out) for me.
I was really impressed with AVS and their service - they kept me informed and went that extra mile.

The dreaded mot and tax time of year , for many a reminder to remember to care for the transport a little better and more frequently. I looked around to try and find a sensibly priced reliable honest service provider , all ways a risk although it should never be so . AVS provided that along with a professional opinion in what may well need attention shortly or long term . A hard working garage with busy but friendly guys who provided exactly that and let me know when doing it by phone , if any problems required attention and with a cost . They were quick and efficient and worth the money , hope they don’t change anything or next year will be shopping around time .

Excellent service at AVS as always. Staff are polite, helpful, and don't rip you off telling you you need parts when you don't. A couple of examples are an inter-cooler pipe on my car came off could of charged for a new one but, put back on and replaced a clip, and mirrors broke, and motor kept running, instead of buying complete dealer only available mirrors, just brought the parts needed keeping cost down. Would fully recommend
