Lookers Jaguar Chelmsford Service Centre

Service department. Some of the staff are helpful, the ones that aren't make for a bad experience. Typically "it's not our problem" is what you hear from them. Unable to offer advice because it's "not our problem". Happy to take your money (and another of it), but no desire to go further than the bear minimum. Happy to give you back a vehicle that is worse than when you took it in.

Needed a spare part for my XType. Spoke to Richard who was friendly and most helpful. Ordered part for next day pickup.
Have been trying to get a call back for 3 weeks from Grange Brentwood for the same thing and eventually gave up. Lookers gave the service expected on the first try.

Spoke with Jaguar Lookers hence why I've deleted my review as I am completely satisfied the problem I came up against was a one off and its not what Jaguar Lookers are all about .
So I WILL be using them for all my services etc in the future .. thank you for tge phone call

Wouldnt recommend repair cost a lot and is not fixed go elsewhere
