Wouldnt use again unless i could only be greeted by Phil. Helpful, chatty and professional.
Jason is very unprofessional, and should be in a non customer facing role. The rudest person ive ever dealt with. Struggled to get a hello from him. Would also query his MOT standards, as i was in the waiting room for around 15 minutes waiting for my certificate whilst he was carrying out another test? Maybe running the clock? Was more interested in speaking to his mate than working also.

A smile would certainly help to make you feel welcome.

Had a flat tyre. Had a spare just needed tyre wrench to undo the nuts. Popped in to ask if we could borrow one. The man was so rude basically told us to p**s off as was 4pm and needed to get his work finished. Wasn't asking him to do just borrow a tool. Also bear in mind i am 31 weeks pregnant on way home from hospital appt...He then stood outside chatting for 10 mins while we sat in car waiting for rac.. Will never use rude, and totally unhelpful..

Always take my vehicles here for MOT. Never had Any Problems.
