Don’t get me wrong the guys here are lovely and very professional. And they did an amazing job refurbing and re spraying the alloys, they look fab!
But I’ve had a few issues with the car and only bought it a few days ago. All round good dealership but just double check things before you take the car.
Came with something quite big missing & have had to take it into BMW. Apart from those issues all in all a good service

Just ok. Had an issue on the day of picking up the car (they did sort it after I highlighted it) then had to take the car back after a month with another problem. Although inconvenient (I would of expected a thorough service prior to releasing the vehicle) they did sort it. Wouldn't recommend the additional warranty (Autoguard) as now got another issue and they won't cover it.

Seem like nice guys, but I'd only buy from here if you know your cars mechanically & expect the car to be rougher round the edges than at first glance. Perhaps due to the particular car I was looking at (it was high priced if the advertisement was as the car said it was for a start), it didnt look like it had been washed or been given a regular run out which is what most csrs need though I know the mileage cant increase too much at least starting the engine a few times a week and letting it warm up and cool down is the bare minimum. I found what appeared to be injector issues when the engine was started & even when warm, juddering when the car is started and revved, potential flywheel, idling and throttle issues all noticed before the engine was warm, and continued whilst warm. No mention of a smashed front grille, damage to both electric wing mirrors, more stone chips on the bonnet than id like to see, few scratches and dings around the car and a good refurb job needed on all 4 wheels which wouldn't be cheap as the car i looked at didnt have small alloys, no mention in the description of any of this. I had a look online at the showroom to see the condition represented with the other cars they had on the lot and from first glance it appeared to be a similar story. Again, seem like nice guys, probably just dont have the time to look over the cars and be a bit more professional in that respect; had no issue letting us look around the cars, but I cant say this place is for me, or recommend them purely on the fact that the cars aren't what they first seem/how they arrived at their garage.

DO NOT USE THESE TO PURCHASE A CAR!!!!!
Shocking!!!!! How they can get away with selling you a car to then find out within 3 months it needs over £15k of repairs done too it!!!!! Dodgy MOT’s passed with no advisories, just to get the car of the showroom!!!!! Audi health check confirmed the vehicle is not road worthy, the brake line was rubbing on the suspension… this could of been a families death on your hands!!!!!!!!
This matter will be taken further, I’m disgusted at the lack of help from you and the finance company also. We are now stuck paying for a car that needs £15k worth of repair and isn’t drive able !!!
DO NOT USE THESE TO PURCHASE A CAR!!!!!

EDIT Noticed your response and this is not acceptable. The car originally went faulty within 5 months of having it, and we have since had more issues, resulting in further costs incurred by us as you and the finance company are not interested!!!!! 11 months in and we have put £6k into this car in repair costs. Not acceptable!!!!

I purchased a vehicle from this garage just over a month ago and while pre-sale, the garage was on it and extremely easy to communicate with.

Sadly post-sale, they have been extremely difficult. They did not pay off the existing finance on my previous vehicle initially, I had to call and email them daily, over a period of 3 weeks to get them to make the payment. This led to lots of worry and anxiety over this time.

I am also still awaiting a service book to be provided as promised by the garage, which they have still not done, despite a verbal commitment to do so from the owner, and emails from myself requesting this.

I take ownership of my role as a rookie buyer who didnt have the experience in buying vehicles, but I do sadly feel like I have been taken advantage of as a more inexperienced buyer.

I would advise that you exercise caution when using this garage.

We recently bought are new car from es&p and we have had a great experance buying the car via harvey he was the salesman proper nice guy to deal with. He represents es&p Well after a couple of days of having the car we had a clutch issue with it we went to the garage .And with no messing at all it was stright in and they fitted a full new clutch the job was done in no time at all. The mercanics were great and freindly they axplained what they had done to the car. And Karen and Tasher in the office kept us informed all the time till the job was done .what a great experince we have had buying our car from Es&p
Thank you tony

Brilliant and knowledgeable. Brought my classic Rover V8 in and it was out following a minor adjustment in 5 minutes. No appointment, no charge.

I will definitely be back here for all my servicing needs in future.

I bought my car from Euxton S&P in September of last year - which is a VW Golf GTI Clubsport ED40 - Japanese import

The conditions of the sale (stated on the invoice) - "to be put into UK spec" was that I was to visit Archie at Automobili (arranged by Tim) to get the car put into Uk Specification - Maps / DAB / FM bandwidth / Temp settings / etc.

When I visited Automobili in blackburn - Archie told me that Tim had only authorised £250 for the work, this only covered a new USB slot / FM bandwidth fix / changed the temp from F to C - this work has still not been paid for,

I left the sd card with him to try and download the maps on to, when I called back to see if he had been successful - he told me that it was not possible and the MIB unit needed to be replaced, at this point the your sales garage was shut due to covid,

I then paid Archie £1000 for a new MIB unit to be installed & also to have a ghost immobiliser fitted - as I only found out on collection that you had 1 key for the car. This was very unsettling for myself & I feel it should have been informed to me prior to agreeing price / sale but most certainly before collection.

I have spoken to Tom Farmer & Harvey regarding this matter, numerous times - he tells me that this decision needs to be sorted between Tim and the directors - however the lack of effort to resolve this matter by the garage I feel is appalling and I feel I now have no other option but to pursue this repayment of this money by other means.
