Staff seem nice, friendly and informative but these had my car for far too long. I felt excuses and I'm sure they didn't start my car until after the date they said they're working towards even though it was only a small repair job. Had my car over a month for an insurance job and when my car was delivered back to me, the delivery driver was finishing for the day so I felt rushed with checking it over, I had to sign paperwork which probably consisted of me accepting the condition of my car back and that I'm happy with the repair done although when I received the car back I'm sure there was 2 areas on my car that had new dents and scratches as 1 of them wasn't marked down on the check sheet upon collection of my car and it's probably too late to get anything done now as I've signed the paperwork typically. I know that the waits can be caused by insurance companies mainly but I don't believe it was all caused by them. Also I was told my car would be recovered although it was drivable incase it was causing further damage by driving it or the tracking was off but it wasn't recovered. It was drove away and back to me using my fuel although I was the one hit in my car. I've lost money, my car is worth less now with the new scratches and dents, and because of all of this I wouldn't recommend this company. This is all on top of losing my insurance excess as the foreign driver who hit me is not admitting liability now although they did by the roadside. The company wasn't local to me either although my insurance company Hastings recommended the bodyshop (in Dartford sadly which is far from the best of places) and I certainly wouldn't recommend Hastings insurance group no way to anybody for many reasons and not Auxillis either who are apparently the claims handler.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. I strongly recommend against using this company to have your car repaired. They have given me the worst customer service in any type of industry. They told me my car would be ready by the end of one day then I was told it would be the next day..then the following Monday and so on and so on due to “overall delays”. They did not even bother to inform me or apologise that my car would not be ready as estimated. I had to keep calling every day to ask what was going on. The lack of customer service at this place was actually appalling.
Louise has clearly never learned a thing about customer service as she shows no empathy towards a frustrated customer and was quite cold and rude. When I spoke with Sarah however she was much more understanding and kind.
Overall I would never have my car repaired at this place again and I wish I had read the reviews before agreeing with my insurance company to have my car repaired here in the first place. Lesson learned. Never again.

After having my car damaged by one of them home shopping vans my car was sent to Autotech in Dartford the service received was of top quality I was kept informed of all repairs and when I would receive my car back, a big plus was that it had been cleaned inside and out and also polished. A great job from start to finish.

BEWARE. As others, I left my car with them for some simple panel work, it ended up coming back with more damage from being in their "care".
Also, don't believe what they say, their customer area is nice, but where you car actually goes over the road it has deep potholes with cars parked touching each other! No wonder they damage your vehicle, so make sure to look under your car for damage too!

Very happy with auto tech.
Customer service was great, and I was kept updated every step of the way by a lady named Louise who was very friendly.
The works they carried out are great and make the car look like brand new again, with the paint matching being spot on.
Would wholeheartedly recommend auto tech if you need repairs.

I'm so impressed with Autotech, after bumping my car which deeply scratched the plastic bumper and scratched paintwork. The service was fantastic from the lovely lady that answered the phone, to the two men that promised to have it back before I traded it in for my bew car. It was ready to collect as promised and looks like new. I would highly recommend this company.
