I always use Smiths because of their fantastic, conscientious customer care. They have very knowledgeable mechanics skilled in diagnosing and solving problems as well as more general maintenance and servicing. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely quality garage. Broke down a long way from and they fitted in my at no notice, sorted transport for me and diagnosed my problem perfectly as well as fixing multiple other faults I had. kept me well informed with incredible knowledge of the car. complete life savers. Came in to fix a break down and left with a car 10x better, all of the niggly issues sorted and was gobsmacked by the excellent rates. I honestly wish I could find a garage anything like this where I live so much so I will be coming back for work even though i'm 70+ miles away. Thanks guys !!

Rang up last minute to get lower ball joint and arm replacement and got it all fixed and aligned on the same day! Also some welding done. Definitely recommend, good price also!

They were about to close when I turned up with a flat tyre. Although the mechanics had already left, the guy in the office jacked up my car, tested all the tyres, put on the spare, and found the nearest garage that was open for me. All for no charge.

Rang up and was answered by a rude receptionist who sounded annoyed to be taking the call. When asked my name she rudely complained she couldn't understand me, I said again and then she told me to speak clearer as if I'm stupid. Shame about this as they are local, but I was too frustrated to continue.

Well tricky one, good mechanics and fairly good service but receptionist rude old lady. Reluctant to return purely because of that. Shame how one bad egg can give a bad rep to a whole business.
