I have only been going to G K Autos since I bought my last car two months ago and unfortunately I have had lots of problems with it. I couldn't have asked for any better service. They always took my car when I needed them, even pick it up when it overheated and I could not drive it! They are reliable and trustworthy and gave me very good advice. Always helpful and with a great knowledge you feel like you could not be in better hands!

Took my car to have the air-con serviced. Graham told me it might not work. I should have listened. Paid £112 for the work. Drove out and the air-con did not function. When I phoned to discuss, was asked whether I had pushed the correct buttons. Condescending and taking “good old-fashioned service” a bit far. Feel like they saw a woman of a certain age coming. Having no air-con, nor my gender or age are why I am feeling hot and bothered. £112 represents 2 days’ care work to me.

I asked Graham to service my air con. He said he could but it “ might not work”. An hour later my car was back. I paid £112 for the job. I drove out and realised the air con was still not working. When I rang Graham to tell him, he condescendingly asked whether I had pushed the right buttons. As for any refund or offer to fix the problem, he told me I should have listened when he said it “might not work”. I think he saw me coming. I am really really hot and bothered, not only because my air con doesn’t work, but because £112 represents TWO DAYS’ work for me (a carer). Poor. Very bad customer care.

Brilliant garge. My battery was dead beyond repair. They came out in 10 minutes and sorted it, fitted a new battery and replaced my punctured tyre, all in a day. Honest service. Thank you!

I went to G K Autos with a niche issue on my old Vauxhall Astra's cooling system which another garage couldn't/wouldn't fix. Not only did Graham sort it then and there that day, it was done for a very fair cost. Highly recommend!
