Unfortunately it seems I can't allocate zero stars. Would if I could. Problem with electronics warning light. Handbook advises to contact dealer as soon as possible. Told they were too busy and to try again in a month. Meanwhile problem diagnosed by an independent operator whose information says that the Dacia electronics system requires an upgrade. Dealer expects me to pay for the upgrade even if the fault is within the original system. Really?

Had my car service and brakes done here, great friendly welcome, kept up to date during the day and car all clean when i collected. Will use all the time now excellent service !

Great customer service! Booked in for a service and met with Matthew Cox who was very helpful, gave clear advice and recommendations, and highly professional. Very grateful and would definitely recommend.

I was very happy with the detailed care and attention given to my vehicle here. There were a lot of problems with the service history of my vehicle bought from another official Renault dealer, and they remedied all this, and brought to my attention which aspects should have been done by the other dealer before I bought my vehicle. This enabled me to get reimbursed for those costs by the other dealer. They also washed and hoovered my car for free and paid for my taxi to and from the dealership, since it was a long job. Matthew is an excellent, calm, and personable advisor who helped me through a very tricky day.

Took my van in for a service which was done on time as discussed and even washed it for me. Matthew was very helpful and friendly throughout keeping me updated also. Will always use for future servicing etc.

Two years ago I had just bought the bike and with 80 pounds they also gave me the cleaning of the bike. Two years ago I would have given 10 stars if it was possible. This year I would like to do 0 stars. I requested an extra service for a total of 165 pounds (change oil of motor and brake plus check).
When I arrived the reception had been moved perhaps due to covid19. When I asked a man who came out of the garage where he was he said: "this is the garage, didn't you see the sign?"
Only the reception lady was professional and attentive. Control? Nothing has been checked: the petrol door still does not open well when the button is pressed ... I give three stars only for the kindness of the lady at the reception ... For the rest ... I give zero.
