I took my vehicle here with a suspicious rattle that had other garages scratching their heads and within an hour and a half at PMW it was diagnosed and whilst doing so kindly fixed a couple of loose exhaust parts which were separate to the main issue.

They are a very welcoming team and you can be rest assured your vehicle is in good honest hands. Despite what I've heard elsewhere, their pricing proves to be competitive and offers great value for money when considering the service and expertise they offer.

I took my Hilux Invincible-X in for possible work. PMW pointed out the work needed should be under warranty and other issues were not worth worrying about.

I used PMW for the first time after my Mini failed an MOT at Formula One Autocentre. The customer service was simply excellent and the expert mechanics resolved the issues and passed the MOT, all at a very reasonable price. It was extremely refreshing to find a garage that had its customers interest at heart. I highly recommend and will be using them again in 2023.

I have been using PMC in Chelmsford for all servicing and maintenance work on my BMW 520d F11 since I bought the car in 2018. The service is outstanding from all the team here, and way better than I have ever experienced from any main BMW Dealer. I have followed their sound advice in maintaining the vehicle with a view to keeping it for a long time, and as a result have enjoyed more than 130,000 miles with no major issues whatsoever. If you really care about your BMW, I can fully recommend these guys without any hesitation. They know BMW’s better than anyone. First Class.
