I have recently been sold a faulty car on finance and told to get it looked at myself. Matrix motors is located on my street so I decided to ask them for some help.

The service I received from them was fantastic even though they did not fix the fault as it was not cost effect to do so they were so polite and professional!

I cannot thank you enough and will absolutely use you for any issues to my new car (when I eventually get this issue sorted)

When our car broke down, Matrix arranged for it to be towed to them. They managed to fit us in, even though they were super busy, keeping us informed all the time. We were back on the road quickly. Highly recommended!

I have been to matrix twice now. 1 for air conditioning and this week for MOT. Both experiences with ricky and matt have been superb. Such friendly professional guys. They find what's wrong and get the job done.Far better sevice then previous garages I have been to Who just fob me off. I will be returning for anything else in future.

This people did change dodgy steering pump it makes lot of noise & vibration in the whole car .. i asked them .. they told steering rack problem .. still I accepted to change it ..they 2 weeks after to change it .. after 2 weeks they refused to do it … very dodgy I can give zero but there is no option .. be careful they are cheaters .. very rude behaviour with customers..

Needed an MOT test before the long drive back home although everywhere else was fully booked, got one booked over the phone luckily, both mechanics seemed nice, reasonable price

Amazing and kind service. Will definitely be my go to garage.
