Firstly ordered wrong parts informing me the vehicle is ready then once arrive to collect it tell me the parts are wrong then once right part installed i arrive to collect it again and they have damaged the door they wasnt even meant to be working on refuse to accept blame saying its a manufacturer fault when it worked fine before they took it very unprofessional the manager is useless and basically couldn't organise anything

Calls to the service centre were answered promptly but in order to find out exact details of my repair they advised the repair centre would ring me bacl - on 3 seperate occasions they failed to ring - this is poor.

I am disgusted with the way my husband and I have been treated. Our car was booked in after an accident through our insurance company and we had to wait 2 weeks for them to pick it up, we was promised a courtesy car which didn’t happen apparently they didn’t have any available even though they had 2 weeks notice. They have now had our car for 2 weeks and still no courtesy car, I understand they are waiting for parts but they’re attitude towards us is terrible every time my husband calls enquiring about one as it’s hard without a car he gets told someone will call him back they never do! I have lost count of the number of times my husband has had to call, personally I would never recommend them or use them again. I’m even going to change my insurance company who I have been with for years as I don’t want to deal with this company ever again

Artis are my insurance company's provided repairer (LV). My experience with LV has been poor, but Artis really went above and beyond to help me. The manager said he would fast track my car so that I could get it back ASAP and if it took longer than expected, he would provide me with a hire car for free if there was one available. They picked my car up on Monday evening, I got it back on the Friday afternoon. Really helpful and I appreciate their efforts as without my car for any longer, then getting to and from work would've become very difficult

First visit (and hopefully my last!). I found them very helpful and courteous.

I had my car under repair with Artis Chelmsford. I was told that the car was ready so we agreed the day when the car was to be delivered. I took a day off for this purpose. After more than half a day when I still did not hear from them , I called to enquire only to find out that the care was not ready and some trims were still to be delivered. In order to speed up the process and because I could not afford to take another day off, we agreed that they will deliver the car and the missing trims to follow. All this happened in mid July. We are now in September, and although I called several times and left messages, the missing trims have still not been delivered. I will not use their services ever and I will not recommend them either.

Unfortunately got into an accident on a roundabout & these guys are now my insurance companies approved repairers.

This is a good thing as the old repair shop was not very good at upholding warranties.

From beginning to end the tem at the LV branch in Chelmsford were professional, courteous & informative all the way through the process, keeping me updated on the works of my vehicle.

They even gave me a courtesy car which I was not expecting too.

Its a shame you only see this level of customer services when you don't want to but they have set the bar high here with others.

The works were done to a fantastic level & within the estimated time frame given & they even gave my car a valet too.
