Richard is excellent at what he does. One of my wheels was buckled and he straightened it in no time at all. I would not hesitate in recommending him. Called up to have a cracked alloy repaired. Was able to fit me in quickly. All repaired whilst I waited and top class service. Genuinely friendly bloke, gave clear directions on how to get to workshop as well.

Identified my leaking rim immediately. Told me exactly what was needed to fix it, how much and how long he would need it for. Excellent service and always responded quickly to calls / msgs sent. Would definitely recommend.

My Mercedes E-Class failed its MOT this week due to a cracked 20" alloy wheel.

Instead of buying a new (very, very expensive !) alloy wheel from Mercedes, a friend suggested I should get my existing one repaired, having used Round Rims himself in the past.

I wasn't aware that repairing cracked wheels was possible (I thought repairs were limited to cosmetic fixes only) so I gave Richard a call and explained the situation.

Richard was extremely friendly and helpful with the information he provided, offered to fix it the following day and also picked up / delivered the wheel back to Mercedes for them to re-MOT the car.

The service provided by Round Rims has been outstanding and the price charged was very reasonable - I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future if the need arises.

Cracked wheel weld and front balancing all done perfectly and very reasonably priced, really nice guys can't fault them In anyway. Thanks again guys all sorted and slight wobble on motorway complelty gone too.
