Very good service but for saying that they had washed the car after servicing it had some dirt still

Drove down from Cambridge this morning to the Tunnel. Arrived at check in and realised we were leaking diesel underneath the car from the new filter fitted yesterday. 3 dogs in the car, one minus a leg and we are deep in the poo. Called a garage locally and they were full but recommended KAP. We called them and without hesitation they said get in. They got on it straight away ! Amazing service. Thankyou!

My work van was in for a service and I was very impressed with the customer service too. Eliza on service reception was a nice young lady who was very polite and kept me updated throughout, you felt you were actually being looked after for a change as these days customer service has seemed to have taken a dip.
The van had also been washed and a free wheelnut bag thrown in too. I cant fault KAP in the professional service they provide and with great staff like Eliza you cant go wrong. 10/10 to you all.

Brilliant customer service! Can't fault K.A.P. in any way! Mum's car was dropped off by the breakdown truck at 7pm one night, after breaking down. The service staff contacted her the following day with the results of the diagnostic check. Needed a cam belt change, spark plugs and a water pump. Work was all by 3pm the following day, and car was delivered back to mum by 4pm. So...less than 48 hours from breaking down, and it was back on the drive! Very impressed! Thank you so much 😊
