Norton Way Škoda

Excellent service from Geanina who set out to find me the exact used car that I was looking for and from Angel who went through new features and got me set up when I picked the new Karoq up. Very happy with my purchase and the overall service from Norton Way Skoda.

It's hard to put my finger on it but they're....just ok. I've taken my car in for various services and minor issues and there's always something not quite right. They say they'll call back at 2 but I end up having to call back at 4 and 4:15 to get an update. There's something a bit dodgy, price-wise, about the quote for new tyres. I had to take my car back three times for a light that kept coming on on the dashboard - hilariously the service guy just said all I needed to do was reset it and that would fix the problem! Sort of passive-aggressive customer service. Overall, like I say, just a C- grade. Typical motor trade attitudes. It's not *quite* bad enough that I'd drive the extra 30 mins to another Skoda service place so I keep going back. Presumably they survive because there's not much competition.

Had my car MOT'd here, very friendly and courteous service, completed on time and they even washed the car.

Nice people...a shame you cannot see ued cars unless you booked them in advance....this really stop any impulsive potential purchase....

I've been coming to this garage for MOTs and check ups for years now. The guys there are always really friendly, professional and respectful. I've just had my MOT done and they actually took the time to clean my car inside and out, which was not asked for but a really lovely surprise!

Been coming here for four years with my Skoda and have been super impressed with the service here. Friendly, with clear communication and expectation setting, and very trustworthy.

Very pleased with the service I received. Ordered a part for my car, it came in, they arranged for painting and also fitted it for me when I went to collect it. Nice friendly staff who kept me advised at all times.
