Cracked the coolant tank during a service and tried to tell us that it happens even though it was never an issue before. There was a hole in in the middle of the tank, which would only have been created by negligence of a tool. After the service we drove towards London, got to Balham and had to stop as the tank was leaking all over the engine. My family have been loyal to this company for over 20 years, never going back. Honesty goes along way.
