Thanks to Andy and Karen Warne again for exceptional service last month when our car was damaged by airport valet parking. As usual they dealt with us professionally and courteously and even picked up our car and dropped it back to us. Warne Motors always goes above and beyond and in my opinion prices all repairs fairly. It makes such a welcome change to have a garage locally who you genuinely feel are in it to give great service and not to rip you off! Lovely to be able to support a local independent business. Thank you!

A few weeks ago at the beginning of the current lockdown, I broke down in my Polo just outside Warne Motors late afternoon. As I was some way from home I was very concerned. I went inside and the gentlemen in reception were so kind and helpful, saying they would look at the car the following day. I was able to wait safely within the premises until my husband collected me. A day later, the car was fixed at a fair price. Thank you so much for all your help and kindness, particularly during these challenging times!

Broke down on the A14, got the car towed to Warnes, they diagnosed, got the parts and repaired all be late morning. Just incredible service and they are not eye wateringly expensive. If I could give 10 stars I would. Huge thanks

My partner's BMW had a fault keep coming up on her display I rang warnes a couple of days ago to see what they suggested I then followed through on the suggestion and the problem was still there but thankyou to Matt who said that they will look at it via their computer and within minutes it was off all ready for its mot tomorrow absolute fantastic service from the team and put my mind at rest will definitely be using them in the future thankyou for all your help

Great service, very professional. The team have been incredibly helpful and were reassuring with regular messages, my car had to be with warne motors for a while and I had use of a courtesy car which was really helpful. I would 100% recommend this garage, they have done a fabulous job on my BMW 2 series.

Hello I would just like to say that I made a call to the people here at Warne motors and was delighted with the knowledge and helpfulness I received as a result I wasn’t dismissed with “oh we’d need to see the vehicle “ no only met with a great knowledge of what to look for with the problem I’m having with my car many thanks I would definitely recommend coming here in the future comfortable in the knowledge that a professional outfit would be caring for my BMW

Matt and the team were great, approachable and professional. Checked over recently purchased car and performed transfer case oil change and belts/tensioner. Price actually came in under what they quoted. Honest answers with regard to my queries, didn't upsell things that weren't needed. A good and knowledgeable BMW specialist garage and would happily use again. Done in 2 hours as well.

I went to solve a problem I had with the AC system. I mentioned that I had put AC gas in it, please check what the problem was. 4 days later they called me saying that air was working that it was only gas. When I looked for the car, air that I was pulling was only hot and it was not working. When I took it back, they later told me it was the condenser. I also asked them to get a sound on the pulley and belt, they told me everything was in order. They told me it could only be Strut Mount. I told them that if I was sure that was the problem, they would fix it. When I came back for the car the problem continued and they charged me for the entire £ 370 and the car continued with the problems. The only thing they fixed was a coolant leak and I pray to God that it does not continue to give me trouble. Thanks for your service!
