Travis really knows his stuff & is really helpful, had my 330d towed to him as a non runner, he instantly diagnosed the fault & sent the ECU away for repair due to water ingress. Absolute BMW have also carried out a full engine & gearbox service which I was very pleased with . The price & service was excellent , would not take my pride & joy anywhere else .

I finally found a Decent, Reliable and Honest mechanic. The work is always carried out to an exceptional level, car drives out like its brand new again. The website invoice system is great and let's you both keep track of the work carried out on the vehicle. Travis is very knowledgeable about BMW's and his subject area, he always picks out the best course of action for you. When you have someone who is this passionate about his work and care for his customers you won't even entertain the thought of going anywhere else. Overall I am very satisfied with the service so far and have and will only be using Absolute BM.

Took my 2001 E46 325CI convertable with 95k miles recorded to Travis for a full service in March 2022 having bought the car on Ebay in June 2019 with very scant service history and been reassured the car was basically OK after taking to a main dealer for a factory recall shortly after purchase where it was given a free "health check" which didn't raise any major concerns.
Absolute BM carried out the service for a very competitive charge and discovered the radiator had distorted through overheating at some point and also had very little coolant remaining in the system which also had had zero antifreeze added to it.
The radiator, expansion bottle and water pump were renewed for a very fair price and the car then remained with the workshop for a full pressure check, revealing the thermostat housing had been previously repaired with a sealant and leaked.
To summarise, Travis and his team have kept my 21 year old modern classic away from destruction and added value to the car by by way of their service documents.
Very well pleased, highly reccommend.

Fantastic customer service and expert knowledge and advice by Travis and the team. Within two hours they had solved and fixed the central locking issue I had where two other garages could not. I will now be utilising Absolute BM for everything associated with my BMW and highly recommend them.

I’ve used Absolute BM on a few occasions now and I highly recommend them. They’ve remapped my X5, replaced the front suspension & diagnosed a fault I had with the fuel heater. Travis’s knowledge of BMW’s and expertise is mind blowing and Travis really does go above and beyond! I previously used BMW main dealers for over 6 years, then from a recommendation I came to see Travis at Absolute BM, and I honestly will never go anywhere else. Travis and Abby are welcoming, professional and absolute experts!! Trust me, give them a try and I guarantee that you will thank your lucky stars that you did!! Thanks again Travis & Abby you’ve been fantastic!!

After the BMW service plan on my M3 expired, I looked around for an independent specialist and decided to try Absolute BM. Travis clearly has a passion for all things BMW and his technical knowledge of their engines, transmissions and suspension is remarkable. I'd have no hesitation in taking my car to him again.

Booked my E90 in for a diagnostic about an amber engine warning light and an intermittent misfire. Travis gave a full explanation of the diagnostic process, the identified likely cause of the misfire (faulty coil) and then replaced the faulty part on the day. I've driven the car a lot since then and it's running very sweetly - no misfire, no warning light, and fuel consumption is much better. All in all, a great experience, great service and value for money, particularly in comparison with what a dealership would have done and charged me. I will be back next summer for the annual service and MOT. Thank you Travis, from a very satisfied customer
