Shifted garages and pleasantly surprised. Had air con gas and filter done. Good communication, suggested options, and not too pushy. Picked up and dropped off car (and even washed). Job done well. First time user and I must say, what a great experience! I had a full service, which all went smoothly. Dean brought a couple of things to my attention that I might want to get looked at, at some point - No pushy sales tactics at all, the prices offered were very competitive and I went ahead with some rust treatment. I've only recently got my first car, and Dean was happy to spend a bit of time explaining things which I appreciate massively. I look forward to recommending East Midlands Auto to any friends and family who need to get any work done.

The bonnet of my VW Golf wasn’t opening and I needed an urgent fix before a sale. The garage owner fitted me in at very short notice and sorted the issue very quickly. It was a simple fix, so the owner didn’t charge me for the service. He also took the time to oil the opening mechanism to reduce the risk of the bonnet getting stuck again. Excellent service.

Highly recommended and would definately use again. Did a great job on my bodywork at a very reasonable price too. Provided a pick up and drop off service which was super. 5* service.

They have been my goto Garage for 3 different cars since moving to the city. If anyone asks me for a garage I trust, this is the only one I recommend. They are honest, polite and won't beat around the bush if it's something they can't do for you (that last piece is probably one of the most unique qualities to find in any garage). Couldn't recommend them enough!!!

Had my MX5 in multiple times with these guys, always to do with brake related issues. I’ll keep it short and sweet, these guys are ace. Professional and Friendly service, they really couldn’t do enough for you. Dean in particular is incredibly helpful and on multiple occasions has come in on weekends to help me out. All of the work that they do is at a reasonable price too, without compromising on quality whatsoever. If you’re in the Leicester/Oadby area and need your car looking at, use these guys. Superb service throughout. Booked with ease on whocanFixMyCar. East Midlands Auto already aware after the Christmas break of the booking. Extremely polite and courteous. Car ready on time as promised in relation to changing break pads and disc. Car was also washed - an unexpected bonus. Can not fault how professional and welcoming the staff are.
