I cannot recommend Automerc highly enough. They are thoroughly honest, decent people with a fantastic work ethic that’s rarely found nowadays. They’re prompt, efficient and very responsive. No comparison with frustrating attempts to communicate with the huge dealerships (in my case Audi). I dealt with Peter at Automerc who was wonderfully helpful.

Automerc is a straightforward, really useful garage. My VW car is serviced and MOTed here, efficiently, with clear communication and explanation of what needs to be done. Just before a very long journey they have checked it out. This is a really knowledgeable and well equipped team of engineers doing great work.

I am soo disappointed, I gave them my smart car to see the problem, and the tool £95 for diagnostics!! And then I had to pay another £95 for sparkling plugs!! And I put trust and faith that they will fix it, then after using the car the check is engine came up again, I handled them the car again to see what's the issue, and the told me that I need to pay another £500 for O2 sensors!! But I apologised that I'm not fixing the car with them as they lost my trust.
Unfortunately this wasn't the best experience, I'm really disappointed.

I have used this business under the old and new management and I have been really impressed. I originally used them when I had a Mercedes but have continued to use them with my BMW. They are equally skilled on any car and thankfully with a level of trust that meets my needs.

We were on our way for a raid trip, on the way, the mal function light came on, last time that happened the car dropped on all 4's and to low to drive. Took it back to the guyz and within 1 HR they got my back on the road fixing the proplem without charge. They done a great repair that won't be an issue anymore. Fantastic, speedy and nice people who cares about theit customers. Will go back ofas regular customer.

I really recommend Automerc as they have been looking after my Mercedes for many years. They definitely know Mercedes in and out and I will not take my car anywhere else. 5 stars for there work on my car and the stuff are really helpfully and friendly. Thank you guys . See you on the next service

The wear on my brake pads needed checking. Rang Ivan at Automerc and he explained that the problem could be all 4 pads or maybe just the front 2 or just rear 2. He also gave me a quote for whatever work was necessary. The following working day I left the car with them in the morning and when I collected my car in the afternoon, I was pleasantly surprised in being told that they had changed only the rear pads and that the front pads were fine. This is the first time I have used Automerc but it won't be the last as what I have found is that they are honest and only do the work that is necessary at a price which they advise you beforehand. So if you have a problem with your car speak to Ivan or Joe.
