Merc Masters

I needed to get my passenger side headlight coding looked at. Couldn't find anyone locally other than the Merc dealership but came across Merc masters by chance. What a find! Not only were they half the price but the service is amazing. They answered all my questions and had me booked in ASAP. Couldn't recommend Jay and his team more! Will definitely be using them again and have recommended them to my friends and family!!

Jay at Merc Masters has come to the rescue! As a key worker, I rely on my car now more than ever! My car developed a strange rattle this morning and Jay took my Mercedes in, discovered the issue and quickly resolved it ensuring I was back on the road in no time!

Jay did a fantastic job for me. My Mercedes B Class had loads of issues. EIS, Steering lock, Gearbox Control Unit and Transmission Service. The car had been in another garage and couldn't be repaired.
He has asked me to come back after driving for 300 miles so he can check the car over again.

Guys have been looking after my Merc almost two years now. Very approachable and very helpful staff. When I leave the garage I know that Jay has done everything he could to help fix any issues and checks needed to be done.

Just want to let people know that these guys are very professional and will help any way they can, Jay was able to help me via TEAMVIEWER and program a new ECU into a customers car. please give them a call with your Mercedes faults and i'm sure they will be happy to help with less than half the price of any dealership. Jay went above and beyond for me. He went out of his way to come to me to make sure that a part I had sent him was repaired and operational. He was also very knowledgeable and had a very good understanding of the work he was carrying out. I will certainly be in contact with Merc Masters in the future for any repairs I need.
