Excellent service by OTRM, would highly recommend to anyone as they are absolute professionals and explained to me in detail what the diagnostics were and what steps they will take to fix the issues. OTRM went out of his way to ensure my car was in top condition before handing it back to me. 5* service, top gentleman!

Excellent service, prompt arrival. Was convinced to call up based on reviews and insta pics, so glad I did. Mums car wouldn’t start, I couldn’t help so messaged ‘otrm’ 10pm, 11 am sharp got a message back by 5pm, car sorted. mum was a very happy lady and was thrilled with ‘otrm’ she even gave a bit extra cash for a great job. Car wouldn't start so called On The Run who said he would hopefully come out same day or tomorrow. Came out a few hours later. Diagnosed the issue as a battery problem and got my car started. Issue resolved soon after. First time I've called up a mobile mechanic. Happy to use again.

Diagnosed and replaced my throttle body on my Golf R. 10/10 service, will be coming back when the car needs a service and any other work.

Called Jay yesterday after my battery was dead and came within 45 minutes to diagnose the issue. Turns out I needed a replacement battery - Jay arranged for this to be replaced the next day (NYE!)
Also helped diagnose my gearbox issue and fixed that too.
Great service, so communicative and so efficient.
Will be booking my next service with him soon! 10/10 recommend to anyone in need of a mobile mechanic!

Ontherunmechanic are the best mechanics around! They are so brilliant at what they do and provide a 10/10 service by looking after their customers and making sure they go above and beyond! I was stuck and came across them through a friend who recommended them and they came out to me so quickly and did a top notch job and even advised me on how to maintain my car.
