KAM Servicing

The guys at KAM servicing are really helpful and always offer a great service. I have been using them for years now with the many cars I have had and they always go the extra mile to help me out. Today they fitted a new cambelt and water pump for me, once again fantastic service and a great job. Many thanks for you help.

I have used KAM Servicing in Belper for years and have been happy with the service they provide. However, I feel my latest full service was not carried out correctly. In May my Fiat 500 Twinair went in for an MOT and full service. I paid extra for a special oil for the twinair engine. Fast forward one month later and my partner was checking fluid levels before a long journey. Coolant and oil well below minimum. Blatantly these were not checked or changed. Something had gone awry. I phoned them up for them to sort all fluid levels. When my partner arrived they suggested the coolant was already at the max line - it was at the minimum line and the mechanic struggled to find the dipstick for the oil and had no idea what the special oil was that was required. I'm very disappointed at this lack of basic knowledge and the service provided. I feel like my car wasn't serviced as I was charged for. We won't be returning. Sadly they have lost two loyal customers in my partner and me.

Used this garage at Belper for the first time 19/08/22. Faulty drivers seatbelt needed replacing, quoted a good price charging very little for labour. Booked me in and completed the job with no fuss. All you can ask for really !! Very pleased

Got us booked in early. Very efficient and helpful. All work carried out with satisfaction.

Great service and friendly team. Love the fact you can book online, and there’s never really a long wait to get booked in.
