I needed to amend my policy following a change of vehicle. The staff at Warrantywise were very helpful and polite, they explained the various options clearly and dealt with all my questions very cheerfully and correctly.
I had previously made a small claim on the policy and it was all dealt with remarkably easily with just a phone call and the work was done immediately with no more intervention necessary.

Had a slight issue (my fault) I’d had a new bank card and details had been updated so by mistake I had defaulted on two payments. Spoke to Sue D, who was extremely professional and helpful. Very understanding and I have proof of the simple mistake on my end. New details taken and payments updated. Email sent from WW proving all good and that my warranty still in place with remaining payments left. Great company very easy to deal with. Great service. Thanks Sue!

I spent hours shopping around for an extended warranty for my car and settled on Warrantywise because of what was included in the cover, the price and the helpful staff. Was also good to know that it was founded by Quentin and not just someone who wanted to take your money but have a long line of exclusions on the policy.

We have had a Warrantywise warranty on our Clio since the Renault warranty came to an end - we have had to claim on it three times and have found them very efficient and professional. Today I had an email telling me there was a problem with payment of monthly premium - very helpfully, the short, polite email explains the most likely cause would be having a renewal of the credit card, which was the case. I rang the Warrantywise Admin team and was answered in person almost immediately by Jade F - she was very friendly and efficient, took the new details and confirmed that the retry of this month's premium had gone through so everything was all sorted. I was looking for a warranty for my recently purchased second hand car. Warrantywise offered the best options for an affordable price with comprehensive cover. Process was quick and simple to sign up. I had an issue with some admin and their customer service was great! Quick to respond and assist! Highly recommend!

Took out a 3 year 04/40 warranty plan with Warranty Wise a few weeks ago. Had just brought a family car which wasn't cheap, so wanted to a piece of mind. Knowing should anything major go wrong, I would be covered. From the start my experience with the sales team was pleasant. Especially with all the technical jargon involved. Joshua was very helpful, clear and patient with me. Sent me the quote and asked the right questions to find the right package. Even after I was set, I had a few more questions. Angela (Repairs Admin) was able to help me clarify this over the phone and took me through the process to send over relevant documentation. Again, she was happy to help, polite and knowledgable. Hoping to not to have to contact them for any repairs, but If I need to. The reassurance I there!

If you are looking for a fully comprehensive car warranty, you won’t get better than these guys. Not the cheapest around however you get what you pay for and this company covers more than most especially when it comes to the high labour rates that dealerships charge. Customer service is great. No lengthy waits to speak to someone.
