Customer service is poor, you can't but help feel the garage is only out for your money. When I told them what was wrong with my car and asked them how much it would roughly cost they said they couldn't say. I was later surprised to be hit with a diagnosis cost of £50 and the cost of the remedy I told them I needed. I would have expected at least they should have mentioned the diagnosis cost upfront. I regret not taking my car to the manufacturer for a repair.

Always found this garage to be honest and fair. All work is priced, and they don't do anything without your authorisation - so no surprises when you turn up to pay the bill!!

I had 2 new tyres fitted and asked for a couple of extra niggles with my car to be adressed. The service from Karen and Charlie was exceptional. Highly recommended.

Went there round a year ago, paid for a few services, some like the change of pollen filter were not done and I realised only later. Kind of scammers, avoid them go for the migrants or black mechanic, dont trust the brits!

Do not take your car there waste of time rude customer service and do not buy a car

I have been using this garage for the last 28 years! The service is second to none! They are very reasonably priced and I trust their judgement implicitly! It’s a 50 mile round trip for me now I have moved to Kent, but I would not take my car anywhere else!
