Took my own car and my girlfriends car here multiple times and each time they have managed to get them back to us on the same day.
When it comes to picking the car up they are always happy to explain what has been checked and what has been changed. Highly recommend!

Booked my car in for mot £40 happy days..... was told car would be completed by 1400 as I had an appointment. Was over a hour late and tried to charge me for coolant at £45 with no prior warning they was doing works on my car..... no thank you when I told the man I wasn't paying that he was very rude.

I have had quite a bit of experience with this garage especially the last year and this year. And I have been very patient, so it has taken me a while to realise this because I like to give people, businesses a chance, maybe too many chances to my detriment lol. Firstly this garage has a tiny reception which has only enough room for one customer at a time and one small wooden chair to sit on, plus the door to the reception is very stiff and you can give yourself a hernia trying to open it 😂 but the main thing is that they don't call you about your car, they keep saying that they will let you know and are going to call you but they don't and they blantantly say to you I will call you in about an hour and they don't and you end up keep having to chase them up and call them which is really frustrating and annoying and one of my pet hates! I think I have more chance of winning the lottery than that garage calling me when they say that they are going to 😂 which is really unprofessional and unreliable, so if you like keep having to chase things up and calling, then this is the garage for you, but personally I don't and it has caused me a lot of stress! So for my mental healths sake I won't be using this garage any more. It is the little things that matter the most. They need to work on their customer relations and service.
