HARDINGS ACCIDENT REPAIR CENTRE

They realigned my door about 3 years ago but it slowly became unaligned. Turns out the warranty on repairs only covers the paint and not the panel aliment and they refused to put it right without me paying again.

I ended up having to go to a local Garage who saw that the latch had become loose as it was tightened properly. They were nice enought to fix it and show me how to do it for free. Hardings could learn from that place as now I will only be using that body shop. It is very disappointing that they refused to even look at putting they work right and it's and important warning to all that the warranty is only for the paint and not there work on panels.

They were my Insurance’s choice of repairer. After the repairs have been approved they called me to ask when I could bring my Camper-van to be repaired. I asked them to send me a detailed breakdown of what type of repair they were going to carry out on my camper-van. They ignored me for three weeks and after my emails they phoned to say they were too busy. Don’t have any reasons to trust them.

Hardings ARC are a very friendly and proffesional accident repair centre in Dunstable. They have just repaired my Renault Kadjar after it had been hit in the rear. The repair was carried out very quickly and now you would never know it had ever been involved in an accident. I also had a very nice replacement car to use while my car was being repaired. A big thank you to Chris and his team at Hardings.

Repaired my Alpine A110 under warranty due to a small patch of corrosion. Very good service from start to finish, paintwork match is perfect. Special thanks to Tina on Reception who made the whole process extremely pleasant. Would definitely use Hardings again.

Excellent and professional service by Chris and the team, had a fair amount of warranty paintwork and panels needing attention and they went over and above in sorting it out on behalf of the main dealer that was dealing with the warranty work. Overall good quality workmanship to a high standard.
