11/10 to Franko at BMW Mini Kentish Town who went above and beyond. I had lost the service book for my Mini and sent on a new book purchased from my local dealer for updating of the service stamps. Spoke to Franko initially and sent on the book-what impressed me was the total attention to detail which first attracted me to BMW many years ago and is becoming increasingly difficult to find in some of the dealers in the network. Our family own 3 BMW's and just about to purchase an M4 and quite frankly the service provided by my local dealer on the South coast is very poor on all levels. I do hope someone at BMW Head office reads this and rewards dealers accordingly

They told me my service was due, booked me in, told me what needed doing and sent a video explaining the work and cost options, friendly and prompt. Everything you want from a dealership (the only way they could be better would have been if they drove me home once I’d dropped my car off)

BMW barons managed to get my car going eventually after having software failure problems! Could be quicker compared to other BMW branches
