I was picked up & dropped off to the local train station by German Performance.
Had to come back and get the car after the brilliant service I have received. Car needed an MOT which was done promptly. Was also given 5 days driveway insurance. Very pleasant experience throughout.

Not even one star. Bought a car from them last week. Drove it home that evening and had to take it back the next day as EML came on with several other codes. VERY dodgy dealers as doesn't issue receipts for work carried out on the car (something about having a "deal" with local garage to not pay tax). Mus, the owner is completely arrogant. All available before buying the car and as soon as there s an issue stops answering the phone and even hanging the phone up on you.
AA approved dealers but when we took the car back the next day, they told us not to contact AA warranty. Paid for 5 day Drive away insurance and I've asked for this back as we didn't even have the car for a day and he is refusing to pay this back. Reporting this absolute waste of a dealership to the TSA and Financial Ombudsmen. Will also be taking this legally (private) if needed.

Nice guys, helped out during the buying process. Helped also after buying. Had some minor problems and they agreed to fix them at a local shop. Cheers guys

Called them around 12pm and asked if their hyundai was still available they said yes so arranged 4pm to see and buy. Only to get there and find out it's already sold! And the guy working there blamed his boss and said.. "My boss should have called you it's his job" which it probably was. It would have been nice if I was told instead of wasting 1hour to get there. For people looking at their cars, I advise you call every 1hour to make sure the car you want is still available because they obviously don't care if they waste your time :). It's embarrassing to call your garage 'German Perfomance' sounds more like some 'slow no communication performance'

Extremely bad costumer service. I made an appointment to the veiw a car only to be told it had been sold a week ago. And then I was completely ignored by all three staff. There where plenty of good cars there which I have would of happily viewed and may be even bought one, but know one could be bothered to help so I left. What a waste of a 2 1/2 hour drive 😞😞

I bought VW golf 7 from them last week car after 150miles was broken on motorway lights come one from EPC and engine car loose the power . Dealer after my phone call by warranty for 3 months from AA was leave car at mechanic and they told me engine have few problems . Car spend at mechanic 4 days and then dealer was take back car by recovery . Also he make really big problem to take car back.... . Dealer was very nasty person just spend list od money and time for this car and dont have any recompesations from dealer Dont buy aby car from them !!!!

This company recently sold me a car that was not road-worthy. They had it 'serviced' (barely touched it), and MOT'd so I could drive it away; but the MOT must have been rigged (which is obviously illegal) because the faults the car had meant it would fail a proper MOT. Be warned.
