Service was amazing. The staff that I interacted with were all polite, professional and friendly. The repairs done to the scuff and scratch damage to the left side of my vehicle, were brilliant. You would literally never guess anything had happened.

DLG Auto Services were excellent. The team at DKG were incredibly professional and very efficient. They explained everything with respect to the issues with my vehicle and ensured I knew what work was to be completed. They collected my vehicle from my home location and returned it when the work was complete. They kept me updated along the way and provided an accurate timetable as to when repairs commenced and finished and when the car would be returned to me. All the staff I had contact with were courteous, friendly and very professional. Very impressed by their high standards. Their communication with the customer was excellent. Brilliant and very professional service. Well done DLG!!

Everything about the service was brilliant. Contacted me Tuesday to collect my car and returned a week later fully repaired. They called or text every step of the way and was really understanding and supportive when I had an issue to discuss. Could not have asked for a better service!

Amazing service from start to finish. My car was returned to me 2 days ahead of schedule...the repair work is perfect not only that they have cleaned my car so that it almost looks new. A very very professional company. Highly recommend.

Do not use this garage. Had to return my vehicle because of the terrible work carried out on it. Absolutely shocking. Paintwork had a texture to it not smooth and very dull.The work actually devalued my car because it looked so bad. Communication shocking. Phone rings and rings and leave a voicemail asking to return my call which never happened. No quality control obviously. Still waiting for my vehicle to be returned do not no when or if it’s any better because no communication again.

They did a good job. Came to my house picked up my car for the repair and when finished they rang me up to let me know that my car is ready for return to me. I am happy with the service which I received.

Had new bumper fitted and bodywork repairs following accident. Very happy with every aspect of service, car was collected and returned within allocated times, very happy with standard of work carried out. Whole process seemed very efficient.

After having a non fault motorway accident DLG were the company to repair my car. Thank you for the progress updates and the smooth delivery and completion of the job which took a little extra time due to back log of parts delivery. I have cannot fault them and you have done an amazing job... You would never know it had so many repairs done. Fab repairers... Would highly recommend
