Bmerc Garage - BMW, MERCEDES, MINI & SMART Servicing Specialists North London

I was researching for an independent garage to do my 1st car service for a new BMW, having heard from other people's bad experiences of using main dealership garages. I was impressed from the moment I made the phone call to a person who shared their experiences and knowledge about cars. I had my car collected and returned to my home; the work carried out was no more than I was advised would be required, staff were very helpful. I got a very competitive price for the full service and they also gave me complimentary cleaned the car! 10/10 for high quality service at the low price.

I tried to obtain 2 quotes, one for a gearbox service and a full service. This proved to be difficult, staff over the phone i found offer poor quality service and i even said i was recommended to them by a good friend of mine who used to work for Mercedes Benz, but they didn't seem to care about that nor did they seem interested by it. I had tried previously tried a few months back to get these quotes and didn't hear back from them. Clearly this business doesn't put customers first, well that's the impression i was left with when speaking to Paul. Cut the experience short, for your Mercedes i recommend using Mercedes Benz Temple Fortune, service is great & efficient. Service is something you can't compromise, it's worth paying a little more for that!

After reading all the great reviews & looking for a fairly local BMW specialist I contact Bmerc about an electric roof problem (M3 E46) spoke with Katie who explained the initial process (diagnostics) booked the car in and received excellent very professional friendly service from start to finish.

I was keep informed at all times how things were going and once the fault was found (the same day) quoted a parts/labour price and the car/roof was fixed the next working day.

Very reliable & trustworthy garage in every respect, the whole team has vast knowledge and they only do & charge for what’s actually needed to be done (nothing hidden) prices for labour/parts extremely competitive and fair.

Now I see why they have such a good reputation and they have gained yet another loyal customer.

My friend recommended B Merc to have my Smart serviced and carry out some repairs. I could not have been more happy with the level of professionalism and customer service given by staff. I was kept fully informed of what repairs needed to be made and the cost.

Words can not express my gratitude towards BMERC Garage they are honestly brilliant, despite the stress of large payments I made and my Mini One failing MOT 2x due to high emissions they got to the bottom of the problem and solved it! Wasted time with Kwit-Fit who couldn't even help or solve the issues.....

Due to Bmerc and his team, I am now very happy and have peace of mind Because I can continue to take my daughter to school as doing it via transport would have been way too far. Bmerc was recommended by a friend. On my first day, they diagnosed the issues with my DPF system, ordered the parts needed straight away and booked for a drop in date less than a week. I was impressed considering how difficult to get Mercedes Parts and it was few days to Christmas. My car was fixed and had no problem at all. the guys are good, professional and friendly.
