Excellent service. Very competitive rates. I went in to ask about my tyres, knowing the brakes needed attention and they spotted the brake pads were worn when they were checking my tyres. Fitted me in the next morning, kept me informed, friendly staff and overall they did what they said they would. Wholeheartedly recommend and will use again and tell others. Thank you.

Newly moved to Aylesbury and looking to get MOT done for my work car. Found a test centre called MOTOLogic just close by, thought they deserve the business as they are next to me. Very disappointed on service. Booked online but when visited centre found my name NOT on list. Anyway they did MOT and car been failed for some work and quoted me price which is lot hire then Toyota service centre. Work been done and engineer told me, fault of the car in advisory level. Anyway no question about it, because personal to person varies. Called them again for retest but couldn’t give me slot until evening next day. Could not go to work all day. Visited for retest and done by 5 minutes. charge £10 retest. Retest is free if you give them work to do 😇 Retest could be done before and I might not loosing my work. Not consider customers situation who get them business. Best to avoid.

Very we’ll run centre. The manager with the Nissan GTR was very friendly and helpful, as were all the staff. While I was waiting I saw good interaction with other customers too with sound advice being given.
I bought my tyres through Tyreleader and had a choice of fitting centres. I’m glad I chose Motologic and I would definitely use them again - thank you!

If I could rate this garage zero stars I would, I highly recommend you look elsewhere. The owner is unable to do what is asked, make sure you document anything you ask them to do if you are brave enough to take your car there.

Update - just seen you responded 2+ years after my review. The person I dealt with at the time identified themselves as the owner, so either your staff are dishonest or.... I've dealt with plenty garages and this was one of the worst, I asked for a specific service, paid for said service then on collection found out what was asked for was not done and I was not so politely told I was confused. There is zero chance of you ever seeing one of my cars after the interaction I had with the "owner" at your shop.

The day before my booking for a new set of winter tyres, I got a puncture. I called MotoLogic and within a couple of hours, someone came to my home removed the wheel and returned later to refit it, having replaced the flat tyre with one of my winter ones.; thus allowing me to drive to their shop, the next day. 24 hours later, my car has a new set of winter boots, MotoLogic are storing my summer tyres and are also working on a replacement for the punctured one. I'm very happy with the service - thank you. One thing to note - do not follow the Google Maps directions. It sent me to the back of Perry's van workshop, 300m away.

Overall good, sorted out my service for a fair price and did a quick turn around.

Unfortunately they forgot to screw the under panel of the car back on properly and it came off whilst I was driving. Luckily there was no major damage but it did cause me a lot of inconvenience - please be careful next time guys!

Edit responding to comment below: I have reviewed the correct establishment. I am based in Aylesbury and travelled up to Leeds the same day that the service was done. Hope that clarifies.

**update to my review - Nov. 2022**
Had my new car MOT with these guys again in September this year and were able to fit me in on a Saturday and even though i was running late to pick up they waited.
Also, my wife had her car serviced this week @ Toyota and were going to charge her £45 for MOT and a further £400 to repair drop links. After speaking the Motologic, they were able to MOT her car for £35 and £100 to fix the drop links..!
These guys are good at there job, professional and always willing to help.

Great service and decent friendly staff who were able to book my car in for its MOT.
After the MOT failed they managed to get and sort the parts needed, re-test in half a day.
I would certainly be using Moto-logic again in the future and would recommend them.

Had alternator problem with my car ( didn’t know at time) fault was quickly diagnosed and replacement fitted, I was kept informed throughout so was back on road very soon, I have used this company before and was same level of service, excellent
