Can't fault the guys work. Always so so helpful and kind. Always ready to go that extra mile to help out, including 1 time I dropped my mum off to collect her car and as I turned the corner driving away a tire blew, they helped me and helped calm me as I was panicking with my baby in the back. Would highly recommend ❤

Great company, they collect and delivery your car from work or home, carry out whatever you've arranged at very reasonable pricing . I can definitely recommend this garage and have no links to it other than a customer.

Went for a DPF clean and after the cleaning was done they said turbo is also gone and the mechanic said that I would be able to drive it home which is 70 miles away from Crawley and I got 20 miles out of Crawley and my engine completely died had to get it towed.

I'm surprised that the mechanics at Webber Motor couldn't see the turbo issue or even any issue with the engine after I got it cleaned.

They tried to overcharge my elderly mum for repairs by £1000, MOT failed with only 3 faults, on checking to repair faults they said the exhaust needed to be changed, even though the exhaust passed inspection for MOT! Car was also returned with a dead battery.

I would not recommend them for an MOT test as they apparently passed the exhaust and evidently it was damaged and needed to be replaced, this is unprofessional as the car would have passed with a dangerous fault.

I would not recommend them for repairs as their prices are inflated and a price from another mechanic was considerably cheaper by £1000.

They also advised car was unsafe to drive, it was not.

The woman on the front desk for rude, obnoxious, not helpful and unprofessional as well, she shouldn't be in a customer facing role.

Very helpful people and we'll organised. Competitive pricing and good service. I would recommend to all. 👍

A bit more expensive than most places but generally service has been really good, only thing is the female receptionist that works here. So incredibly rude and sometimes offensive, been a customer here for a long time but she really has no idea how to treat people. Will not be using Webbers anymore as long as she's there, which is such a shame as generally everyone else in the team has historically been really good and friendly and understand basic human courtesy.

Professional service from start to finish, kept me up to date throughout. Fantastic end result would highly recommend.

Great garage. I had a problem with my front assist radar, Seat/VW quoted horrendous prices to repair it, I contacted Webber motor company on Tuesday, booked in Thursday, all adjusted and calibrated within two hours at a good price. Professional, honest service.... Impressive....
