OK I have bought a 2nd hand car from them which was a nice machine at a fair price... Their after care is better geared towards people with new cars under warranty however...

Be very wary of the 'hard selling' techniques done by salespeople here... Especially when they don't seem up to date with some basic technical details!

Went for a test drive in a Leon FR. Sat down with the salesman afterwards. First comment was so are you ready to put down a deposit. I said no I'm ready to talk numbers. Oh we don't do that until you're ready to pay a deposit... What? Never had that with any previous cars. Needless to say I left and won't be going back. Shame really as it was a nice car.

Almost all the big car showrooms have sadly disappeared from Kendal Motor Village. (So much for customer loyalty!) locals now have to travel to Morecambe for updating their car or to get them serviced.

Disgrace I called themto enquire about a used car and they put a sneaky £5 fee on every phone call absolutely disgusting.
