Two weeks to diagnose a fault, now into the third week and only a possible solution, master technicians £80+ per hour , this cannot possibly be justified, no response to emails for three days, I am self employed and now have lost hundreds of pounds in down time , staff are always courteous and polite but do not seem to have any thought for the stress and frustration caused by their actions or lack of them !!!. I’ve no idea how they sleep at night . Very disappointing.

Having just bought a 12 month old Mitsubishi we drove from South Shields to Croxdale Mitsubishi as this was the closest service dealer to us.
Gary at the front desk was very polite and helpful throughout. We needed to purchase a spare wheel kit, and we also had a problem with the rear view mirror. I had accidently pulled the mirror from the main housing and it was left hanging in mid-air, making it virtually useless for viewing. Three people had tried previously to restore the mirror to its rightful position - and failed. All weekend I had visions of having to pay quite a lot for the repair due to the complications of re-fitting it. Whilst I was placing the order for the spare wheel kit Gary asked Aidan to look at it for us. Although he had never fitted this type of mirror before he had this one refitted back where it belonged in minutes. What a relief. A massive thank you to Aidan. Both Gary and Aidan are a credit to the company. So glad we chose to visit Croxdale Mitsubishi. Pencilled in to have all our services done here from now on.

Excellent customer service. Car was collected on time and returned 5 hours later fully serviced, cleaned and polished inside and out. A million times better than the dealer who last serviced it.

Bought a used Vauxhall Astra from this dealership. Louis was the person that helped. He worked really quickly to make sure the MOT was done in time for me to come up from London at such short notice. Good customer service and very happy with my car. Got a good deal.

Had a problem under warranty which I first went in over 1 year ago and I've not been updated after months and months of me chasing. Get fobbed off everytime you ring. Still no further forward. Worst customer service I've ever received! Stay clear
