The sales team were brilliant, however the receptionist promised to pass on my details to the service dept. on 3 consecutive days when I phoned about a vehicle recall notice I had received. That was 5 months ago, I'm still waiting to contacted.

Awful. Called to make an appointment for a Service no answer. Receptionist said she would email the Service team. 3 days later still no call. Rang again and again no reply from Service so back to reception. was told she would email service but told its up to them when they call people back!!! disgraceful attitude, needless to say I will take my business to a garage that cares

This place is awful!!! Had my vehicle for well over a month and Iv had no update. I am constantly calling for updates and not once have you called me. Customer service is disgusting. This vehicle is fitted with a tracker and after having it well over a month the engine was only turned on for the first time yesterday.

UNSAFE and POOR SERVICE provided here. I had my Mitsubishi MOT and car service done here at this garage to find the next day there was oil leak from my car!! This was due to incorrect re fitting of sump plug.
I have not received an appropriate response by the service dept.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICING DEPARTMENT AT BRINDLEY GARAGE MITSUBISHI.

May 22 had new headlight fitted under warranty less than 3 months later same light same fault took car back told not under warranty. You said you had fitted a new light but it has the same fault as before service said they would speak to Mitsubishi and come back to me that was 3 weeks ago and nothing phoned them a number of times and promised a call back but nothing. This Jo’s the second time I have dealt with Cannock and It appears that once out of warranty they stick their fingers up to plus your service dept is poor. I am sure when you want to spend money they are quick to deal with you. Message to mitsubisihi get some care into your customers as this dealership is poor and letting you down which clearly reflect in such a poor rating if my company has this level of rating we would be ashamed or have a look at Kia and learn what good after sales service is as I intend to go back to them

1st time owner of Mitsubishi. Took car in for warranty part change to Cannock. Been waiting 3 months and not once has anybody called me, you have made me constantly chase you for updates. Despite promises to call me back not once has this been followed through. Called Mitsubishi UK HQ for suppport and despite them also promising to contact Cannock dealer and call me back, it does not surprise me Iam still waiting. Can somebody please sort this out instead of keep fobbing me off when I call. Communication is not difficult to achieve.
