Really friendly and helpful garage. Without calling ahead I popped in with no air conditioning to speak of and a heatwave on the way, I fully expected to get turned away or booked in the following week - by some magic however I was back out fully fixed and ice cool barely over an hour later. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough

West Malling Garage were very helpful in fitting me in for a MOT test, after the garage I was booked into had to cancel my appointment at the last minute.
I would recommend this garage as their customer service was very good and helpful.

Great service from West Malling Garage. The guys helped to adjust the headlights. Came, asked for help and got a solution to my problem without an appointment. 5 minutes of time and my problem is solved! Well done!

I stopped unannounced by this garage as I was driving to the airport and I lost tyre pressure. I am so glad I stopped there. I didn’t know them and had no appointment. Simon helped me immediately- and I got to the airport and got my flight. He was very professional and it was no trouble I’d highly recommend this garage!! I have used this garage on a number of occasions recently and the reason I am writing a review is because they are superb!!! The level of service is exactly what I look for when using a car garage. Trust is super important to me and this is a trustworthy garage with a level of service that will ensure I continue using them. Every time I have phoned which has been more recently for: service, parking sensors, Tyres and this week a fuel filter I have been booked in immediately and the problems dealt with and a very good price! If you want a trustworthy garage where you are not up-sold to and where you get excellent customer service. Use this garage!!!!!

I booked my car in to get the brakes checked as they didn’t sound quite right. When I took the car in to be checked, the problem didn’t sound as bad but the guys at the garage still kindly checked my car over to make sure there was no issue (which thankfully there was not). It was in and checked within 45 minutes which was brilliant and I just want to say a big thank you to Kahn and the rest of the team for their friendly and dedicated service - you have given me peace of mind and I am very grateful.
