First time visit Jordan Motors and what a great service they provide. Went in for a diagnostic on some issues I have been having. Provided me with great customer service as well finding the issues at hand. Look forward to using them again

My whole family use Jordan Motors, and their service is impeccable. They are friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced!
When my engine light came on, and my car started chugging like a tractor, they were very flexible in fitting my appointment in around my other commitments. They were lovely, as always, and my car was ready to collect in no time.

Never used Jordan Motors but was advised to take my car to them for several issues, Karen was amazing and so polite and took time to explain everything to me. With all the different problems that had to be overcome to complete the vehicle they didn't once say they couldn't do it but always tried their best to complete all work as efficiently as possible. The old parts they removed due to them needing replacing they sent me over images of this to show me what needed doing. Overall the best garage i've ever dealt with and will be back again if i ever need a garage. Thank you to Karen especially for her amazing customer service.

I used Jordan Motors for the first time for a service for my car. I found them to be professional, helpful and attentive. I was sent through a quote so I had an idea of how much the work would cost and they did the work in a timely manner whilst I waited. They are a family run business, with the customers interest at heart. They always strive to meet customers expectations of repairs and timescales using professional trained car mechanics. There have a great customer care and would recommend them for your car repair needs. I have used them many times and they have extended their courtesy even when not required in helping get my vehicle back on the road.

My car was booked for brake pads in November 2021, I was assured by my company AA Driving School that it shouldn't take more than 4 hours.
I was booked in at 8.30 and i handed the keys to a beautiful young lady and she said, if all is well it should be ready by 11.30.
I explained to her that I had booked driving lessons from 12pm onwards
on my return to collect the car at 11.30am I was told that they having difficulty getting spare parts as it is New Car.
I also explained, that I have a pupil who has Driving Test next morning and i need the car.
Simon (Not sure if that is his name) stepped and went a mile away to locate spare parts and got my car fixed by 3pm.
Due to Covid 19 there is huge backlog of Driving Tests and pupils sometimes are waiting almost 6 months for a test, so you can imagine how I was feeling. To cut it short the lady who had a test, passed and i rang the Jordon's Garage to thank them for their service.

I have been a regular customer of this fantastic family owned business for more than five years. The staff are professional, friendly and the mechanics are second to none. I would not take my Volvo and VW anywhere else in Leicester. Highly recommended.
