Disgusted at how I was treated like dirt when I asked for my car to be repaired to pass it's MOT which Johns Motors had failed. They told me they were too busy to fix it and blamed me for the problem as I should have brought the car in earlier. Don't go there because they obviously have enough customers to be so rude to new ones. I like the old man John who has built a business but there's obviously some other staff members who forget that they are a business. They are taking your money not doing you a favour.

The most arrogant owner, rude with apparent anger issues. I rang and very politely asked if they could ask delivery drivers to not park on the A5 junction due to having a near miss as a white transit van was parked blocking my view of the road. His lovely receptionist said she would mention it as she knew who it was and was incredibly apologetic. We had a lovely conversation and it ended very nice. The owner of the business (John I presume?) then called me back 35 minutes later shouting at me because I’d dare mention it. I felt threatened and he wasn’t willing to even acknowledge what I was saying, wouldn’t let me speak. He spoke down to me and tried to belittle me then hung up. I tried to call him back to finish our conversation in a friendly way but he answered then hung up then wouldn’t pick up after that. I do hope what I said originally has been thought about so this doesn’t happen again.

Best job I’ve ever had working for John’s Motors. Jon and Will are both very experienced at what they do. Alison is so nice to customers and a positive person to have working the office. Jon paid me well and treated me like his own son. Will knows so much, and was always happy to help me when I ran into a problem with anything. It was an upsetting day for me when I handed in my notice, but I did so for my own personal reasons, and left on good terms with everyone at John’s Motors. I highly recommend John’s Motors for all classic car owners, what Jon doesn’t know about Minis, Jaguars and Caterhams isn’t worth knowing

I always go to John's Motors now for my MOT. There's no hassle and nothing but friendly and polite employees. Thumbs up from me.

Popped in today and asked if we could look at cars in showroom and was greeted by John, had all the time for us and very proudly showed us around. The passion this guy has for classic cars is infectious and he warmly invited us to a classic car show and gave all details. Not fortunate to own a classic car but when I am would not hesitate to buy from John. His passion is a amazing and he is a dying breed, thank you.

Jon and Alison, along with the mechanics are absolutely amazing. Such friendly, welcoming people and always make me feel welcome. Completely honest and fair which is what you need when you have car problems. They are perfectionists in what they do. Prices are always fair and it’s always a great job done. Left very happy after having a lot of car issues sorted out in a day. Will only ever use this garage as they are the best! Thank you all 😊😊xx

Me and my family attended a 'Tea and cake' car run on Saturday (9th July), at the end of the run the people who took part in the car run were all served with tea and cake. I would say that I was disappointed with how the cakes were served as we were given a very small size which surprised us (other people seemed to give the same impression as us aswell). We were also expecting a seating area to have our tea and cakes, but instead we had to stand whilst having our tea and cakes. This car run was attended by a majority of older people (pensioners), so seating would have been appreciated.
