The Rugby MOT Station LTD

Asked for a quote for break pads and discs back and rear. Not only were they £200 cheaper than the quote I got at ATS, but they also had my car in the very next day and the work was completed in 2 hours. Great friendly service, i will use them again. Cheers lads.

AVOID AVOID ! lies after lies... They manage to sell us a unroadworthy car with dodgy MOT! We went back to return the car only to be met with Racist and Physical assault!

I've never in my life experience such a shoddy place! Will be in touch with trading standards and DVSA to get this place shut down!

If anyone is looking to purchase or use their services... PLEASE run the other way!!!

Never even turned up for the MOT on a Saturday morning. Opening times say it's open from 9am but no one was there up till 10.30 when I had had enough and left. Phone goes straight to voicemail

I recently had my MOT here, they accommodated the short timeframe and completed it promptly. With ample parking, convenient location and helpful staff I will definitely return here next year.

24/07/2020 Booked in with them online for a replacement clutch, recieved a confirmation email too so I was confident that my repair would go ahead the next day. Spent the entire morning calling them persistently from 7am to 3pm (the email i recieved advised that i could drop my vehicle off at 7am). I had the AA hounding me non stop as they had my vehicle and I'd forwarded the confirmation email to them, they couldn't drop my car off until they knew the garage was open. Despite myself and the recovery driver calling them more or less all day, neither of us were successful in contacting them and subsequently I ended up having to pay for additional hours storage for my car until i found a reliable garage. Completely unprofessional and caused me a major inconvenience unnecessarily. Why accept the job if you have no intention of carrying out the work or at least having the decency to let a customer know

As a owner of a tyre business these guys have used me and said come have a MOT with me so I have it a go and I must say I’ll be going back and sending all my customers. Well done lads 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

MOT failure seemed very critical, especially when viewing the "failed" parts. I also didn't like the way they immediately quoted for the reworks over the phone, as it seemed they were searching for work / additional income. I would rather that they asked whether I'm interested in receiving a quotation first.
I then tried to have some tyres fitted with them - which I booked through Blackcirlces.com and was told on the phone that they no longer fit tyres for Blackcircles.com, even though they are still a recommended fitting centre. So then had to edit that booking and find another local Rugby tyre fitting service.
Then had to re-book in for a re-test and was made to wait around. Essentially I was looking for a friendly, trustworthy local garage for all my vehicles, but I don't think the Rugby MOT Station is for me unfortunately. So I'll be using someone else next time.

Vauxhall Astra for MOT and full service. Friendly staff and excellent service team. Recommended for you vehicle repairs.
