Please avoid this garage and do not waste your time, I took my car to have the front discs and pads replaced, a full service, replacement of a rear brake light and a back light issue on the dashboard looked at.

I was left with a huge bill which wouldn’t be an issue if the work carried out actually resolved problems. Instead the garage MOT’d my car when I didn’t ask them too, credit to them they deducted the price as I never requested it but I lost the remaining 6 months of my old MOT.

I believe that a full service was carried out, however I have huge oil stains around the bottom of the engine. I have had another inspection of the car and there doesn’t appear to be a leak, just sloppy work from removing the old oil filter.
They weren’t able to resolve the back light on the dashboard, this would be ok if it wasn’t for the fact that the brake light they supposedly fixed no longer works, the normal rear lights are are also both different brightnesses and the rear heated screen no longer works.
The rear heated screen has never been a problem in the past 5 years of ownership until my car went to AA Autos… some might say coincidence but I wouldn’t agree.

I have come out of that garage with more problems than my car originally went in with and unfortunately I don’t trust this garage to rectify the work based on the quality of work the first time round. I also question whether they actually carried out a full service as per my request and the quality of the parts used.
Overall disappointing really :( won’t be returning.

Most grateful for AA's friendliness and helpfulness! AA was willing and managed to sort out tricky, fiddly issues with my 1995 car with which other garages surely wouldn't have bothered. All done immediately and for a more than fair price. 5* well deserved!

Very helpful team, i had an issue with my car yesterday on bank holiday and needed to get to family urgently and they managed to temporarily repair the issue so i could get back. Very highly recommended and a god send yesterday. Will definitely use again

AA autos are fab, they always fit me in, with usually little notice (apologies). Matt and his team are great. Honest, thorough and reassuring. This is the second time I have been to them for an MOT and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks as always guys!
