After having a third party drive into the back of my car, Pentagon were able to guide me through the process of getting everything fixed and back to “new” standard. Audi manufacturer approved and it shows as you would never know my car had been damaged. The work they do is fantastic and they were really good with keeping me updated, even finishing my car earlier than the original completion date.
If anyone is wondering whether to take their car to Pentagon, 100% recommend doing so.

Over the years I’ve had to use several body shops for repair works to cars. Pentagon stood out as the best I have come across. They were extremely professional and courteous and did the finest job to my car. They basically repaired my car to make it look brand new and as if nothing had ever happened to it! The speed they got the job done was amazing and they picked up and delivered my car back to me causing me no inconvenience. The entire team that I dealt with were on point but a special mention for Peter who was my main point of contact. I met with Peter who went out of his way to take time out and explain the particulars of the job to me and made me understand the process. He was then constantly checking in with me prior to and during the job to ensure I was satisfied at all points. The gift of chocolates when my car was returned was a beautiful touch! Overall very impressed and would highly recommend Pentagon for all your car related needs.

I don't think the quality of work is that great. The customer service is excellent however the finishing is poor. Had a new door put on my Range Rover however the door handles are not flushed when closed. When I raised this with them they advised they cannot do anything about it and that I had to contact Land rover warranty for a new part? Why should I have to do this? They installed it as part of a Land Rover Approved workshop. Probably wouldn't use them again

I initially used Pentagon when someone hit my car and was recommended from Range Rover (Watford). When I went back to get it, the works were at the best quality I have seen In a long time. They are always on hand to help and no job is too big or too small they will do everything to help. Highly recommend them and will be using them for everything moving forward.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Was looked after the whole way and the staff made me feel very secure from the beginning. The car has come back better than brand new and I wanted to thank all the staff for their brilliant work! The chocolates were a nice touch also. Thank you

Professional, prompt and friendly service. A relatively minor job but Stephen was quick to advise and give an estimate when I popped by and then schedule works in. Works done quickly and to a high standard. All the team were very helpful and friendly. I'd definitely use them again.

When I've had my car damaged, I contacted Peter Smith from Pentagon and had my repair taken care off. The car was collected from my place and dropped off few weeks later with no signs of a damage. Pentagon recently repaired front and rear damage on my year-old Range Rover Evoque. The quality of the work was outstanding and speaking with Peter was an absolute pleasure.
