PTA Garage Services - South Godstone

I had a lot of different jobs to be done on my car to get it through the MOT. John had a look at the tasks at hand and evaluated that he could do the work and fit the parts I had provided to help save me money.
He and his team did all the work and were on the phone immediately to remedy any problems that arose swiftly with full transparency on the problem and costings so I could make a decision.
All the jobs I asked for got done and my car passed the MOT.
Very friendly, very open, very efficient and professional all round.
I fully recommend this trustworthy garage for your cars needs.

I had a bit of an emergency as I needed my car for work over the weekend and it was undriveable. Friday morning and John brought the car straight in on the ramp, diagnosed then he and the team worked on until properly fixed. I can't thank them enough and would recommend.

Absolutely outstanding garage! They went above and beyond with my little mini. She went in for a full service, MOT, 4 new tyres, break discs and pads all round and general tidy up……spot on! They collected and dropped back my car for free also! The last garage I used in lingfield did not do a proper full service which was noticed! These guys are brilliant! Won’t be going anywhere else from now on. AND they washed and hoovered it for free!!! Thanks so much lads

Never ever end up with this Servicing Stop(PTA garage)! You'll loose a hell lot of money! Think twice before you go there:-(

My car was booked to collect through stop servicing ltd with PTA Garage South Godstone for MOT and full servicing for £18 + £119. We must definitely think twice why they price the low amount for small sized car. There is a trick! Get the car, do the servicing and ending up with £1700. I then asked few things for not to carry out, and still they ended with £719 which I paid now. When I did last year full service, there were no service advisories except the tyres. Over the phone, I've asked them not to repair for £719, do only for full service applicable to the value £119.

But the guy I've spoken to, wasn't quite ok and said why they collected my car just for £119. In the service, they mentioned "CHECKED & RENEWED: ANTI-FREEZE (SERVICE ADVISORY)" for £95, but still they capture "CHECK & RENEW: ANTI-FREEZE (SERVICE ADVISORY)" in the additional work advised. NOT SURE THEY HAVE REALLY DONE THE JOB WORTH FOR £719 THOUGH THEY SHOW SOME PHOTOS AND VIDEOS!

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

GO TO SOME LOCAL GARAGES AND GET A GENUINE QUOTE INSTEAD OF GET THE CAR PICKED AND DELIVERED WITH A HUGE MONEY!

The service received was great, and I was not even a paying customer, had a headlight lamp go coming back from Brighton so pulled in on the off chance they may have one ss had another 100 miles till home, after searching through their stock and even used Lamps they were unfortunatly out of stock, as I thanked them and left the carpark, one of the staff had gone to the trouble to remove their own headlight lamp to get me out of trouble, cannot thank them enough amazing service and absolutly the best attitude Highly Recommend
