First time here and last.
Had mot booked 3pm today I arrived 10 minutes early gave keys to reception and went to find shade to wait, after half hour in 35°c heat I went in collected my keys and left what looked like the mot tester finished a van at 5 past 3 and I’m assuming had a half hour chat. The receptionist phoned me to apologise and said it was all his fault it most certainly is not ! The tester would know he had a 3pm if he was running late could of told us or the reception if he was unaware we was there why not ask the reception at quarter past I’m sorry he was to busy chatting and I think the lad behind the desk got the brunt of it when in my opinion was not all his fault I came here because of the good reviews but I won’t be returning I don’t mind running late but in this heatwave it would have taken 30 seconds to let us know an eta I’m sure they wouldn’t be impressed if they had a busy day and people turned up half hour late.

Receptionist offered to rebook I refused as I’m after a garage that will do my mot every year for the van and for that I need reliability and one I can trust.

Thank for the apology to receptionist but your not fully to blame not blameless but not fully to blame tester needs to take bit of responsibility would just like to add if the weather was cooler I would have asked why the van hasn’t been moved but when we nearly finished our water and getting hot irate decided to go elsewhere.

Can't speak highly enough - superb service. Friendly and professional and a pleasure to deal with. Always do a great job and recently quickly helped me out of a muddle when I had a suspension spring snap. Grateful thanks to Ash, Gary and Phillip for all your help.

Took my T6 Transporter Camper Van in to these guys to have a detatchable toebar fitted, friendly, professional and will now be taking the van to them for everything going forward, wish i had known about them a few months ago. Highly recommeneded.
