Cotswold Overland supplied a fantastic service on my car for a day. On time and high quality delivery straight back to my office. Highly recommended!

Charges you extra for issues they caused , charges you for repairs / replacements not actually needed , then hold your car hostage and make you pay as they're wasn't any technicians to talk to at the time.

Poor customer service , will not be using again .

I wasn't kept upto date with extra costs , hence my surprise at the bill being twice the expected / quoted price ,

Last time work took longer than expected / parts were broken , I wasn't charged extra .

Also I was told the front pads and discs need to be changed , I later find out that the discs were only an advisory so didn't HAVE to be changed, the failure given to the pads that are apparently under 1.5 of thickness left is untrue, I have measured them and there is over 5 mm of depth left on them.

Although I was told about the extra work , I was not told about the extra charge

I've used Pete at Cotswold Overland for servicing my Subaru Impreza since I bought it 6 years ago. He's always professional and flexible to my needs and understands when I throw last minute changes into the job requests. Always tries to find me the best deal on parts, and he has found and fixed all the knocks and rattles the car has developed.
