Cannot recommend highly enough! After damaging a wheel, tyre and bodywork of our converted transporter, I was stranded 60 miles from home. Whilst waiting for the AA, I messaged several camper repair specialists to see if they could help after recovery. Carl was not only the only person to reply, it was with minutes of me emailing, and he sent me his direct number so that I could message him. He suggested getting the AA to take the van straight to the garage. He opened it for me to do so even though it was almost midnight. He contacted me throughout the repairs, checking what I wanted and never rushed me into a decision (there was a lot of work needed). The repair and respray to the body work is immaculate. I was so worried about the paint not quite matching, but you really can't tell anything was ever damaged. The wheel repair was an amazing price, much better than having to buy a new wheel as well as the tyre. Amazing customer service, fantastic work! Even though it's a 30minute drive for us and there are plenty of garages within 5 minutes of us, I wouldn't hesitate to travel for work to be done there again.

I contacted Arnold Garage as I'd just got home and noticed my tyre going down. I rang them and they sent someone out within half an hour (I only live round the corner) to put my spare on.
They took my tyre back to inspect it and called me an hour later to say I'd need a new one. They ordered it straight away and it was fitted the very next day.

The staff were all really friendly, helpful and helped me when I needed it!

Will definitely be going back for anything else I need!

I was a little nervous to find a garage i could trust. After some local recommemdation i booked in with arnold garage. They were brilliant. I felt listened to and looked after. I was also concerned as sometimes im not very mobile, they were very accomodating and i am now happy to say that this will be my garage of choice going forwards. They did exactly what i needed them to do where other garages had not and im glad to say the original issue i had been chasing for months and other garages had not fixed is finally, and very simply, rectified. Hoorah. P.s. i did leave it for a month b4 posting this just incase it reoccured but its properly sorted :-)

I go to Arnold garage for all my car care including MOT & service, friendly & fare price I wouldn't go anywhere else.
