Amazing service. Went out of their way to help. Would definitely recommend. Thanks so much!! I broke my back window on Friday afternoon and they had the part shipped overnight and installed by 9.15 on Saturday morning.

Called them out for a windscreen replacement came quick fair enough,but as soon as the window was replaced I went out 2 hours later and my tyre was flat. It was fully flayted before the change. Left worse of as had to buy a new tyre!

Awful experience. 1st appointment booked and no one turned up. Queried this via web chat and advised the appointment had been cancelled and was unable to tell me why. Booked another appointment and was advised by Jo (store manager apparently)that they would turn up today between 9-11am. Not surprised no one turned up!!!! Rung the office who advised the appointment had been moved with no text or call to advise. The office advised they will chase the engineer and call me back with an update. No call back!!! Rung customer services to log a complaint and what a waste of time that was.... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

If their windscreen replacements are as good as their driving skills, please do not use this company. National windows van spotted on the motorway swerving lanes like a drunken maniac.

Very nice customer service. They prices are reasonable and the fixing time is quick. I just replaced my Audi A3 front window and it's so professionally done that I don't notice if it's been replaced. It's so nice that they even remembered to replaced my Resident Permit Card, I completely forgot about it😄. Thanks guys it was so kind of you.

If you need a repair or replacement don't use this site. Appointment was booked 3 weeks in advance but I still had to reschedule all my plans/ work and other appointments around National Windscreens due to their bad sense of direction.

Appointment 1: New windscreen was either not in stock or was not delivered to the centre? - appointment changed.
Appointment 2: Technician damaged new windscreen - appointment changed (again)
Appointment 3: New screen fitted job finished in 90mins.

No calls were ever returned or followed up, no answer from the call centre for which I was never given an actual appointment time as the booking only specifies the day! and neither did I get a reply to emails/ texts.

The only member of staff in reception was answering incoming calls and dealing with customers did seem to be "snowed under" with the workload but was overall polite and friendly.

The quality of work done looked to be ok, I was just glad to have it finally finished which in total took 6 days and 3 different appointments from the original booking and 24 miles each way @ 144 miles total.

This is NOT the way to run a so called windscreen business and or branding themselves as the "leading specialist".

One star is too high for this place.
Was due a windscreen repair this morning to my home address. Having had no prior information sent to me, I rang the number given on the email and spoke to a man and asked what time they would be out to do the repair. He told me I had to go to them and it would be a 3hr job. I explained that this was not communicated to me. The gentleman on the phone states that ‘it is not my fault you have a car with cameras’ and told me there was nothing he could do. He was unbelievably rude and obnoxious. When I asked to speak to his superior, he informed me that he was the branch manager! How he got this title, god only knows. I have now rebooked with another branch that should hopefully be more helpful.
