First time here. Came in the Morning for the MOT and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. They let me stayed in the waiting room while I was working remotly and with a prompt and efficient service they completed the MOT. They also offered me a coffee and offered the best service ever. Cannot recommend them enough.

My wing mirror had been knocked off, this garage very quickly repaired it. The people who work here were lovely and very kind. I really recommend :))🤩🤩🚗🚗💪

I can't express enough how great these guys are! Super professional and nice people. Very very helpful. I wouldn't take my Frog (my little green Ford Ka) to any other garage.

Been looking for a reliable trustworthy honest garage for a while since bringing my car to cardiff as a student. Needed work doing to gear box and drop links, called multiple garages which were just ripping me off with very expensive quotes until I called Universal Motors who quoted me a very fair labour price for the time and work that needed doing. Supplied the parts myself but they can also grab them for you too. Took the car to the garage, and was repaired the same day a few hours later. Great service, will definitely be going back for any other issues with my car! Cheers guys.

Horrific. Worst experience with a mechanics I’ve ever had. The rude woman with a bad attitude who does the phones(who ironically doesn’t like it when you cop an attitude back at her) is unprofessional and tries to get you to agree to have work done without a quote which is just ridiculous and absurd. How can I tell you if I can afford the work of you can’t tell me how much the work is? She then proceeded to say they couldn’t possibly quote without stripping the part which is false, as I suspected but wasn’t confident enough to question, as I managed to get a quote from another garage before they even had possession of the car. Worst service.

Sorted out my car which had a loud knocking sound. Found the problem quickly (water pump), and sorted me a car whilst my car was being repaired. Excellent value for money too. Won me over as a new customer.
